I am so proud of my new set of Math Work Stations/Centers. I don't know if I posted about this or not, but my district started working with the Common Core Standards last spring...we dove in head first. We broke them apart and created Common Assessments that directly aligned with them. We have been expected to use them all year. Luckily my super supportive team and I were able to figure it all out- minus the money thing :) (we still teach that!). So this unit would align very nicely for all of you out there! I can't wait to cut these out and laminate them--and I am sure my super active kiddos in my class will love them too!
If you need a couple more reasons to purchase this unit-- 1. I made it as a form of review for my kids for MAP assessment. So it will serve as a great review for the whole year- but challenge your kiddos at the same time. 2. One of the areas of focus (one of the thousands) that is being emphasized in schools lately, is getting kids to be more active. I think my packet will excite kids who are in sports (right on the heels of the Kentucky Wildcats winning the National Championship! Yay!).
I have sent my unit to a couple of friends for proofreading, but I should have it posted tonight! ****I will give away 3 units on Friday.
