Remembering Chase
10 June 2011
Nothing my college professors, mentor teachers, or my principal could have said would have helped to prepare me for the loss of a student. Chase was an incredible little boy-- a student that any teacher would love to have. He was caring, considerate, and friendly. He soaked up everything around him and did it with a smile. His multiple sister McKenna was equally amazing-- our school and community will forever feel the loss of these young children. I pray for strength for their mother and comfort in knowing that her incredible children left quite an impact on the people around them.
