I am so sorry for my hiatus! I am here to announce the winner of The quick giveaway! Michelle- I will be emailing you both the Kindergarten Busy Teacher and the Save my Ink pack by Mrs. Wills!
If you did not win, you can check them out here!
I also finished my Thanksgiving packet this weekend!
Phew!
When I make my units---it seriously takes me FOREVER. I am always trying to think of new ways to challenge my students, but allow them to be independent at the same time.
I am particularly excited about my Strong Turkey Verbs center! We talk about using powerful and specific verbs ALL the time. Nothing makes this teacher's heart smile like a student adding voice into his or her writing!
My math series doesn't ask us to address money or time for quite some time....SAY WHAT? I can't be having that. They are both skills that I feel that my students need to work on constantly. That is why I create these centers---to add in some spiral that is more interactive that just a worksheet.
I introduced numbers to 1,000 today! Crazy town!!!! This former first grade teacher has never explicitly taught number that BIG!
I know my kids will LOVE these centers and I hope you do too!
You can check them out in my store---along with my other Thanksgiving Units
I can't wait to check in with you all later this week to show you some of the crazy, awesome writing going on in my room!
The pilgrims are so cute!
