Confession Time - Queen of the First Grade Jungle

Confession Time

I am one of those teachers that LOVES the precious time that we are blessed with in the summer. I truly can say I RARELY wish for a snow day...until now. Man oh man, would it be nice to tackle a couple more closets in my home and spend a little while in my classroom getting ready for my kiddos. So when I came out from the gym to covered roads, I got a little excited! Plus I need to get some good before pictures to participate in Jodi's new projectHer organizational posts are right up my alley and SO needed! Until then... here is a picture of my hubby. He is Oh so dedicated to his grill :)
Am I the only one that feels a little bit guilty wishing for a snow day? :)

  1. Do NOT feel guilty! I bet our students and their parents are kind of wishing for the same thing. Although we won't have snow (California) and we get another week off. But I hear you loud and clear! :)

  2. Don't feel guilty! It's so exciting to have a snow day, even though we may love our jobs! :) I'm hoping for one tomorrow, but it looks like our mini-blizzard has just stopped. Phooey!

  7. I'll wish with all of my might for you! If we think it might snow, we get a snow day. In my part of Texas, it is rare but we have had days because of ice!

I would love for you to come visit my blog! I have LOTS and LOTS of penguin and snowmen *freebies*!
